On the Petition of ELEANORE MAE WARREN CALLAHAN for Family 1
Administration of the Estate of EDNA GOLDEN WARREN MULVEY, deceased,
the Court finding that the decedent died on the 18th day of March,
1979, that the Petitioner is the only interested person; that the
material allegations of the Petition are true; and that an Order of
Family Administration should be entered, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of
the assets of the decedent as follows: s

Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450:
American Telephone and Telegraph Company,
common, 100 shares;
Exxon Corporation, formerly Standard Oil
Company of New Jersey, common, 120 shares;
E: I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, common,
72 shares;
General Motors Corporation, common,
~ 12 shares.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts of the
decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the
right. Zt is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that distributees shall be personally
liable for all lawful claims against the Estate of the decedent, not
to exceed the amount of distributive share. And it is further
