This proceeding was heard on the Petition for Discharge of
the Guardian of the person and property of DAVID KEITH HODGES, a
minor, notice of hearing on said Petition having been waived by the
only person entitled to same, and the Court being satisfied that the
Guardian has faithfully discharged the duties as such Guardian, has
rendered a complete and accurate final return, and has delivered the
assets of the ward to the person entitled thereto; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Guardian is discharged and
the surety on the Guardian's bond is released from further liability.-
