LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
HENRY M. PEDERSON
I, HENRY M. PEDERSON, of St~. Lucie County, Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Personal Representative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts,
including the expense of my last illness and funeral
expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of my clothing,
jewelry, books, pictures, automobiles, household goods,
provisions, furniture, furnishings and equipment (if I own
any articles of said description at my death) to my wife,
FRANCES W. PEDERSON, provided she survives me, and if my .said
wife does not survive me, then said personal property shall
j be disposed of as part of my residuary estate.
CLAUSE III: All of the rest, residue and remainder
~ of my property, real and personal, wherever situate and
whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will,
I give and devise to my• Trustee hereinafter named, In Trust,
however, for the following uses and purposes, to-wit:
~ A. During the lifetime of my wife, FRANCES W.
PEDERSON, the Trustee shall pay all of the net income
in monthly installments to or for the benefit of my
. said wife.. In addition, the Trustee may pay as much
of the principal of this trust as the Trustee deter-
mines to be necessary for the health, maintenance,
welfare and support of my .wife, in accordance with
E the standard of living to which she has become accus-
toured during my lifetime. Upon the death of my wife,
or upon my death if she shall have predeceased ne, the
