LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HENRY M. PEDERSON - Page Two
Trustee shall distribute the trust estate pursuant to
the residuary clause in the Last Will and Testament,
duly probated, of my wife, FRANCES W. PEDERSON..
CLAUSE IV: I name and appoint SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its corporate successor, as
Personal Representative of this Will and as Trustee of the
Trust created hereunder.
My Personal Representative and Trustee shall have all
. of the rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted to
Personal Representatives and to Trustees under Chapters
733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
CLAUSE V-: In the event that my wife, FRANCES W.
PEDERSON, and I die under such circumstances that it cannot
be determined which of us predeceased the other, I direct
that it shall be conclusively presumed that I predeceased. my '
said wife and the provisions of this Will and any Codicil
hereto shall be- governed and regulated as if T had, in fact,
predeceased my said wife.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
