Before me, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared COSBY WATSON, to me known, who being by me first duly sworn,
says:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
widow of Burton T. Watson, deceased and as Executrix (Personal Repre-
sentative) named in the Last Will And Testament of Burton T. Watson,
deceased, which is being probated in Saginaw, Michigan. Petitioner's

name and address are Cosby Watson of 228 Heyn Street, Saginaw,

Michigan and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are as
~ set forth at the end of this petition.
t 2. Decedent, BURTON T. WATSON, whose last known address
was 228 Heyn Street, Saginaw, Michigan, and, if known, whose age
was 62 years and whose social security number is 380-09-2623 died
on March 21, 1979 at 10:35 A.M., at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in
~ Saginaw, Michigan.

this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the
