228 Heyn Street, Saginaw, Michigan, being of sound mind

and disposing memory, and not acting under menace, duress, ~
fraud or the undue influence of any person whomsoever, for

the purpose of making disposition upon my death of my entire
Estate, real, personal and mixed, and any Estate which I may have-
the power to dispose of, wherever situated, whether owned and
I possessed by me at the date of execution hereof, or acquired
i _ by me after such date; do hereby make, publish and declare !
this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and revoke any 1
t and all prior Wills, Codicils and Testamentary Dispositions '
heretofore made by me.

~ I direct that I be buried with a funeral suitable to the wishes of }
i my beloved wife, COSBY WATSON, or my family, should she `
i fail to survive me.

I will and direct that my Executor pay from my Estate, as ~
t soon as convenient, all of~ my legally enforceable debts,
j ! expenses of my last illness, funeral expenses, the cost of t
i administering my Estate, and all State and Federal succession,
inheritance, estate and/or transfer taxes that may be assessed
against or on my Estate, or against any devise, legacy or interest
~ herein made or created, or against the recipient of any such, E
~ or.on account of any property passing by operation of Law, such ~

! as insurance policies or jointly held property in which I have
t
an interest, or the proceeds thereof, irrespective of who may R
j be the beneficiary or beneficiaries of such property or insurance,
or the survivor of jointly held property. All such taxes shall
~ ! be considered as debts of my Estate, and the provisions of the
apportionment act of the State of Michigan, and the apportionment '
~ provisions of the Internal Revenue Code are to be inapplicable,
and there shall be neither apportionment nor recovery. i ~
