My immediate family presently consists of: My wife, COSBY
WATSON, of Saginaw, Michigan; my daughter, MARY ALICE
WALLACE, who was born on the 3rd day of December, 1948;
my daughter, CAROLYN SUE WATSON GROVES, who .vas born
on the 21st day of May, 1951; and my son, RICHARD THOMAS
WATSON, who was born on the 1st day of August, 1952.
Throughout this Will, when I say "my wife". I mean my
present wife, COSBY WATSON; when I say "children'', I
mean my three (3) children herein named, and any other
children born to or legally adopted by me; and when I say
"issue", I mean any children born to or legally adopted by
any of my children, and the context of this, my LAST WILL
AND TESTAMENT, shall be read accordingly.
FOURTH:
I hereby appoint as Executrix of this, my LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT, my wife, COSBY WATSON; but if she should
fail to survive me~, should refust to-act as Executrix, or
be incapacitated, then I hereby appoint the SECOND NATIONAL
BANK OF SAGINAW, a National Banking Association, with a
place of business in Saginaw, Michigan, as Executor of this,
my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT. If my wife is acting as
Executrix, then she shall be required to file only a nin~inal
bond, if any bond is required, and if the SECOND NATIONAL
BANK OF SAGINAW, is acting as Executor, and if no other
bond is required by the State of Michigan, other than an
"Acceptance of Trust" for Corporate Executors, then no othe r
bond shall be filed. My Executrix or Executor, shall have the
right and power to convert any or all of my real and personal
property into cash before any distribution of my Estate is made,
and to carry outfhe provisions of this, my LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT, without the necessity of first obtaining any leave,
consent, permission or Order of the Probate Court, the same
as I could, might or would do were I living.
