SIXTH:
If at the time of my death, I am survived by my said wife , any
of our children, or by any of their issue, then all t}le rest,
residue and remainder of my Estate, of every kind, character
grid description, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, whether
real, personal or mixed, including any lapsed legacies and any
powers of appointment which I may possess at the time of my

created under the name and designation of "BURTON 'I'.

date herewith. Upon my death, this Trust is to become

irrevocable, and as such, the income and the corpus of the
Trust shall be distributed according to the terms .
and conditions of the aforementioned Trust document. It is
my intention that a portion of the Inter-Vivos 'T'rust will
qualify for a marital deduction under the Laws and regulations
of the Llternal Revenue Code in effect at the time of my death.

If at the time of my death, I am not survived by my said wife,
COSI3Y WATSON, any of our children, as he reinbefore
defined in Paragraph THIRD, or any of their issue, then all -
of my Estate, shall pass free of trust and in fee sirripl~~ in the
followinb manner:
(A) Fifty Percent (50%) shall pass to my sister, ALICE !
