EIGHTH: ,
In the event that any legatee or devisee under this, my LAST
WILL AND TESTAMENT, and I shall die under such circum-
stances, that there is no sufficient evidence that we died s
otherwise than simultaneously, such legatee or devisee shall f
be deemed to have predeceased me, except my wife, COSBY
WATSOV, who shall be deemed to have survived me,

' Although it is my understanding that my wife, COSBY WATSO\,
~ is executing her LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT at or about the
time of the execution of this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,
E it is not my or our intention that such Wills shall be construed
~ or deemed to be mutual, reciprocal or dependent one upon the other.
TENTH:
In the event that any of the legatees or devisees named in this
Will, either directly or indirectly, jointly or severally, shall
~ institute, promote, aid, abet or take any part in any contest
j over the probating of this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,
then in such case, said legatee or devisee shall herein forfeit
~ any and all rights to share in or benefit from this t1,'ill, unless
said legatees or devisees are successful in said contest of ~
this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

~ Should any part, clause, provision or condition of this Will,
i be held to be void, invalid and/or inoperative, ther. I direct {
~ that such invalidity shall not effect any other clause, pro-
f i vision or condition hereof, but the remainder of this 1h'ill
shall be effective as though such void clause, provision and/or .
