.and the Court finding that the Will of the decedent complies with
the laws of Florida as to form and execution, and .that it devises
real property located in this County, owned by the decedent.at the
time of his death; said property described as Condominium Unit 515
Capstan I located in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and
the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will, the
Petition for Probate and the Order admitting them to probate in
the proper court of the domiciliary state have been filed herein
by the Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will And
Testament of Burton T. Watson, Deceased is admitted to probate s
according to law, as and for the last will of the decedent, and it
