by the decedent in his Last Will And Testament are now deceased.
FLORENCE H. CORDON, the wife of the decedent, predeceased the

decedent and LINCOLN D. BERNET, the father of the Petitioner, is
also deceased. The Petitioner, BETH ANN BERNET, the niece of the
decedent, is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to
serve as personal representative of the decedent's estate and is
entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative
because the Petitioner is the sole beneficiary under the Last
Will And Testament of the decedent and since the Petitioner is

the niece of. the decedent.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this ;

estate are shares of stock, a mobile home, insurance policies and an
automobile, totaling approximately $26,000.00.

7. The Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or

Codicil of the decedent other then as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will And Testament
dated March 23, 1978, has been previously filed with the Court and
is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference.
9. The Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be
admitted to probate and that BETH ANN BERNET be appointed as personal
representative of the Florida estate of the decedent, without bond. -
