HomeMy WebLinkAbout1032 TO SECURE (t 1 the payment of a note executed by the Mortgagor to tM order of the Mortgagee bearing even date herewith in the principal sum of TWENTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 00/100 Dollars 22 500.00 which note, together with interest thereon as therein provided, is payable as follows: ' (s In monthly payments to be calculated according to a N 1 NE (9) year amortitation schedule, with tM first such payment in ihs amount of S X44.82 being due on the _ l s t day of JANUARY 19 80 , and s like wm on the corresponding day of each month thereafter until the 1st day of DECEMBER , 19 85 , at which time a final BALLOON PAYMENT shall be due equalling the entire unpaid principal balance of S 13,033.53 ,plus accrued interest, if any, unpaid late charges and all advancements owing under the' terms of this note or the mortgage of even date herewith which secures it. 121 any advances made by the Mortgagee to the Mortgagor, or his wecessor in title, for any purpose, at any time before the release and cancellation of this mortgage, but at no time shall this mortgage secure advances on account of said original note together with wch additional advances in a sum in excess of TWENTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 00/ 100 Dollars (S 22.500.00 1 provided that nothing herein contained shall be considered as limiting the amounts that shall be secured hereby when advanced to protect the security or in accordance with covenants contained in the Mortgage. (31 all of the covenants and obligations of the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, as contained in a wpplemenul agreement dated, executed and delivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to said note and supplemental agreement for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same are hereby incorporated herein as fully as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida Statutes, in Official Record Book 138 , pages ~ 115' 118 , of the public records of ST . LUC I E County, Florida. In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter. All rights end obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, sdminisuators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
