receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, The Federal land Bank of Columbia, the owner and holder of the security
instrument hereinafter referred toand of the note(s)thereby secured does, subject to the conditions hereinafter stated, hereby
release from the lien of that certain security utstrument from James Turner Coats and Arleen E. Coats,
his wife
to The Federal Land Bank of Columbia, dated the 3rd d,y of March , l9 73 ,and
recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, State of Florida ,
in 0. R. Book 211 , at page 2838 , tl~e following described property. to-wit:
From the Northeast corner of Lot 27, of a Subdivision of Section 29, Township 35
South, Range 39 East, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 23, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, run West on the North line of said Lot 27, 660
feet to the Point of Beginning; thence rtln South parallel with the East line of
said Lot 27, 330 feet, thence run East parallel with the North line of said Lot
27, 660 feet, thence run South along the East line of said Lot 27, 330 feet,
thence run West parallel with the North line of said Lot 27, 1320 feet thence run
~'Vorth parallel with the East line of said Lot 27, 307.52 feet, thence rtln West
parallel with the North line of Lot 27 and 28, 665 feet more or less to the West
line of the East one-half of Lot 28 of aforesaid Subdivision, thence run North
along said West line 352.48 feet to the North line of said LOT 28, thence run
East along the North line of Lots 27 and 28, 1326.98 feet to the Point of
Beginning. The above parcel contains 20.00 acres

ROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the security of The Federal Land Bank of Columbia as described in the a oresai security

of said security instrument. except as hereby released and discharged, shall remain in full force and effect and the terms,
