cvrded in Plat Book 3, page 23, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, run West on the North line
of said Lot 27, 660 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
run South parallel with the East line of said Lot 27, 330
feet, thence run East parallel with the North line of
said Lot 27, 660 feet, thence run South along the East
line of said Lot 27, 330 feet, thence run West parallel
with the North line of said Lot 27; 1320 feet, thence
run North parallel with the East line of said Lot 27,

Lots27 and 28, 665.13 feet, more or less, to the West line 4
