Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint and the Court having heard
argument of counsel, considered the file and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss
the Amended Complaint filed herein shall be and it is hereby denied;
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant shall have 15 days
from the date of this Order to file their answer.
