JOINT STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL WITH
PREJUDICE
Come now the. respective undersigned parties, through
their attorneys, and enter this Stipulation as to the dismissal
with prejudice of any claims in this cause as to all defendants
for reason that the matters at issue pertaining to this case have
been amicably resolved and these parties stipulate and agree for
the entry of an Order dismissing all claims of WILLIAM A. TURNER,
individually and d/b/a TURNER'S ROOFING against General Develop-
ment Corporation with prejudice, and for the Clerk to release the
bond of The Home Insurance Company in transferring the lien to
security.

ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard upon the above Joint
Stipulation for Dismissal, and the Court having reviewed the Stipu-
lation and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That all claims of WILLIAM A. TURNER, individually
and d/b/a TURNER'S ROOFING, against GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
