LAWRENCE J. HEBERT ,who, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
1. That he 'and his wife FLORENCE HEBERT
were the owners of the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 67, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT FIVE, according to the -
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 12 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That he and the said FLORENCE HEBERT were
married prior to 8/29/72 and said marriage continued without
interruption until 7/13/73 the date of her death.
