' - MORTGAGE EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT . THIS AGREEMENT made this 13 day of November, 1979, between E. J. MINTON, hereinafter referred to as Maker, ST. LUCIE PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as Endorser or Mortgagor, and FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, a - ~ Florida corporation, with its principal place of business at 501 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagee. The parties recite and declare that: (a) The Mortgagee is the holder of a certain note for the payment of $350,000.00 made by the Maker and guaranteed by the Endorser, dated the 27th day of October, 1973 and due on the 27th day of October, 1979. i (b) Said note is secured by a mortgage recorded in 0. R. Book 297, page 1141, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida which mortgage is now a first lien on the premises situated in f St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows: Begin at the intersection of the East right of way line of Jenkins Road and the South line of said NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of SW 1/4, thence run North aLang said right of way line 199.25 feet to the point of beginning, thence continue North along said right of way line 215.24 feet to the Southerly right of way line of Okeechobee Road, - thence Northeasterly along the Southerly right of way line of Okeechobee Road 215.24 feet to a. point, thence South on a line parallel to the East right of way line of Jenkins Road 215.24 feet to v a point, thence Southwesterly on a line parallel to the Southerly right of way line of Okeechobee Road 215.24 feet to the point of beginning, all being in Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40 ' East, St. Lucie County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPTINI_: THEREFROM all rights of way and/or easements for public roads or drainage canals and any part thereof ~ owned in fee by the state, county or drainage dis- trict and used for such purposes. r i This instrument prepared by: J.
