THIS IS A BALLOON MORTGAGE EXTENSION
AGREEMENT AND THE FINAL PAYMENT OF
THE. BALANCE DUE UPON MATURITY IS
$296,585.83, TOGETHER WITH ACCRUED
INTEREST, IF ANY, AND ALL ADVANCE-
MENTS MADE BY THE MORTGAGEE UNDER
THE TERMS OF THIS MORTGAGE EXTENSION
AND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT.
