THIS CAUSE came on for hearing pursuant. to the verified
Complaint filed by the. Plaintiff in this case, seeking issuance
of a prejudgment Writ of Replevin pursuant to Florida Statutes,
Section 78.068 and the Court having found that Defendant is
engaging in conduct that may place the claimed property in danger
of damage, destruction or waste and further that Defendant has
failed to make the payments required of him by the terms of Ex-
hibit A, Florida Automobile Retail Installment Contract, attached
to the Complaint.
NOh', THEREFORE, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

1. The Plaintiff is entitled to possession of that certain ~
motor vehicle described as a 1978 Lincoln, 2 door, Mark V,
ID~8Y89A882340,-located at 1197 S.W. Heather Street, Port St.
Lucie, Florida, pending final adjudication of the claims of the

parties.
2. The Clerk of this Court is directed to issue a Writ of

Replevin to all and singular the Sheriffs of the State to replevy
that certain motor vehicle described as a 1978 Lincoln, 2 door, ~
Mark V, IDi8Y89A882340, located at 1197 S.W. Heather Street,
Port St. Lucie, Florida,
