EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made the 16th day of October 1979 ,between
the SUN HANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a F orida Bank nq Corporation,
party of the first part, and charle4 T. Naylor. a single adult
Parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain pranissory note dated october 15, 1976 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party
of the first part, on order the sum of
Sixteen Thousand and No/100 ($16.000.00)
the first payment coming due cx~t~t,pr 16, 1977 with interest paid quarterly

WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wit:

The South 7 feet of Lot 21 and all of Lot 22, Block 2, FORT
PIERCE SHORES, UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 9, page 9, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

Mortgage dated October 15, 1976, recorded October 18, 1976
in Official Records Book 258, page 2715 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
note and mortgage and the said parties of the second part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,
NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assign
hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid
balance of s~«ooo_oo due on said note be,
~ and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the following manner:
