• 'It being expressly understood and agree=+ t liat the said Mortgage shall remain
in full force and effect in all respect acid that nothing herein shall effect
or impair any rights and powers which t'~.~• said party of the first part may
have thereunder for the recovery of the s:~id Mortgage Debt with interest in
the case of non-fulfillment of this agreement.
AND the parties of the second part hereby covenant that they will pay the
payments as herein provided and the interest thereof at the time specified;
that they will perform and observe all the covenants, agreements, stipulations
and conditions on the part of the mortgagor in said mortgage contained in all
zespects. '
