FIFTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDnMIr~IUI~i
• A Declaration of Condominium of VILLA DEL SOL, INC., ,
has heretofore been filed in the Public Records of St, Lucie County,
Florida, in Official Records Book 182, Page 1323, and has subse-
quently been amended four times, the first such amendment recordedi
in Official Record Book 187, Page 2794, Official Record Book 208,
Page 1480, Official Record Book 215,~Page 772, Official Record ~ -
Book 279, Page 1549, all recorded in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, the Same Declaration of Condominium is ~
Hereby further amended as adopted at the annual meeting of the .

fifteenth day of January, 1979,•both being amendments to the By- ~
