AFFIDAVIT
Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
Craig W. Brettman, who being first duly sworn says:
1. That he is the attorney in fact for Public Finance
Service of Florida, Inc. pursuant to Power of Attorney as '
recorded in Official Record Book 289, Page 1005, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. That Public Finance Service of Florida, Inc. is the
owner and holder of that certain Mortgage Deed between Barbara
Maddox and Florida Limited Industries, Inc. as recorded in
OR Book 285-1946, Public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 1

did transfer and assign to Public Finance Service of Florida, Inc.
the aforesaid mortgage by an Assignment of Mortgage recorded in
OR Book 285, Page 1947 of the Public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
4. That through a scrivener's error the Assignee of the
aforesaid mortgage was incorrectly designated as Public Finance,
Inc. of Florida rather than Public Finance Service of Florida, Inc.
Further Affiant saith not.
