A G R E E M E N T
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of ~ L•---~`~-lA. D.
I9i9, by and between ERNEST RAY ROBERTS, JR., Husband, and LUBA
SHUBIN ROBERTS, Wife. .Both parties, by the signing of this Agree-
ment, signify their understanding of and agreement to comply with
the terms- and conditions of this Agreement. Both parties understand
they each have the right to ,independent legal advice regarding this
Agreement and its effects upon them, and failure by either of the
parties to consult their own independent attorney for his advice
prior to signing this Agreement will be at their own risk, and shall
not affect the validity of this Agreement as it pertains to either
party .
WITNESSETH:
The parties are Husband and Wife. They were first married on
the 16th day of August, 1952, in Weatherford, Texas and divorced in
February, 1968. The parties remarried on the 19th day of August,
19b8, in Stuart, Florida. There are no minor children of the
parties,. No additional issue is contemplated.
In consequence of disputes and irreconcilable differences, the
parties have ceased to cohabit as Husband and Wife. In view of
their intention to continue to live apart for the rest of their
natural lives, they desire to settle their respective property
rights and to agree on temporary support provisions for the Wife.
Therefore, the parties agree:
1. SEPARATION. The parties at all times hereafter shall con-
tinue to live separate and apart, free from interference by each
other. Each party may reside at the place or places he or she may
select.
2. PROPERTY DIVISION. The parties hereto currently own the
following described real property which is the marital home, situate
in Stuart, Martin County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 3, Lawler Heights, according to plat
thereof filed March 21, 1959, and recorded in Plat
Book 3, page 110, Martin County, Florida, Public
Records.
