interest in the above real property to the Wife upon signing this
Agreement, with a reverter to the Husband in the event that the
existing V. A. mortgage is allowed to go into default or fore-

closure proceedings by the tJife. This reverter shall terminate ~
and cease upon said V. A, mortgage being satisfied of Public Record. ~
or upon the sale of the house by the Wife to a third party, the
assumption of the mortgage obligation by the third party, and the
obtaining of a full release, in writing, of the Husband, by the V. A.
mortgage holder, from any further obligation under the terms of
said mortgage. The Wife agrees to arrange delivery of said release
to the Husband promptly upon its availability from the mortgage
holder. The Wife agrees to assume sole and exclusive liability for
the mortgage payments, taxes and insurance on the aforementioned

property. The Husband shall be allowed thirty (30) .days from .the
date of this Agreement, and the execution of the aforesaid quit ~

claim deed, in which to relocate and find an alternate place to live
from the marital home, and shall be allowed to remain in the marital 4
home, at no cost or rental, for this perifo'd4 of ["time,
E The Husband owns, solely in his own .name, t e following
~ described real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
~ Lot 8, Block 393, Port St. Lucie Section 24, ac-
cording to the plat thereof recorded in Plat F
Book 13, pages 31, 31A thru 31.C, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The parties agree that the Husband shall retain said vroperty.
The Wife agrees to execute a quit Clain deed, in order to quit claim
any and all of her right, title and interest in said real property
to the Husband upon signing this Agreement.
In addition, the Husband owns a 1976 Toyota, presently titled
in his name, which is currently in the possession of t'_ie Wife. The

parties agree that the Wife shall maintain possession of the said
Toyota automobile, and the Husband shall execute title to the said

vehicle transferring legal title to her upon signing this Agreement.
The parties agree that one (1) set of Franklin *4int Medallions
and one (1) chest shall become the property of the Wife, and said
