Medallions and chest shall be transferred to the Wife upon signing
this Agreement.
The parties also agree that all household furnishings and
goods located in the marital home, with the exception of those items ;
listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, shall remain with the Wife,
and she shall assume sole and exclusive liability for any and all

debts outstanding upon such household furnishings and goods kept `

by the Wife .
3. LIFE INSURANCE. The Husband hereby assigns and transfers
unconditionally, to the Wife, any and all of his ownership interests
in that certain State Farm Life Insurance Policy, under which the
life of he Wife is p event incur dl, in a face amount of -
THOUSAND DOLLARS. The hereby has full freedom to
change the present beneficiaries without restriction, and in her

absolute discretion, and to otherwise exercise all incidence of
ownership of said policy. The Wife also agrees that she is hereby
solely responsible and solely liable for making premium payments
upon said policy, and the Husband shall have no further obligation ,
whatsoever to make or pay such premiums. ~
4. TEMPORARY REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. The Husband agrees to
pay to the Wife as temporary rehabilitative alimony the sum of TWO
HUNDRED ($200.00) DOLLARS per month, for a period of twelve (12)
months from the date of the execution of this Agreement. In
consideration of this payment, the Wife waives any claim to any
other periodic or lump-sum alimony from the Husband.
5. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. In the event that Final Judgment
of Dissolution of Marriage is entered as a result of any judicial
action undertaken by either party hereto, it is the stated desire
of the parties hereto that this Agreement be incorporated in and
made a part of any such Final Judgment, and that the dissolution
proceeding be on an uncontested basis.
6. MUTUAL RELEASE. The Husband and Wife hereby quit claim,
release and waive, in favor of the other, any and all rights to any
