or possession of the other, and hereby quit claim, release and
waive any and all inchoate dower rights which either may have
relative to property which may be i.n the possession of the other,
and further waive any and all rights which either may have relative
to the other as regards future support; and each accepts the rights
and properties described herein as full and complete satisfaction
of all sums or rights due either of them as a iesult of the marriage f
existing between the parties hereto, except as specifically stated
herein.
7. EXECUTION. Each of the parties to this Agreement by his
or her execution of it, solemnly and respectfully avers that the
foregoing Agreement has been entered into without undue influence,
fraud, coercion or misrepresentation. Each of the parties has had
the opportunity•to seek the advice of independent legal counsel
prior to signing this Agreement. '
