7. The Purchasers agree to pay the costs of recording
this Agreement and any documentary stamps, intangible tax or other
costs pertaining to the recording of this Agreement.
8. That the provisions of this Agreement shall be binding
upon all the parties hereto, their heirs, personal representatives,
successors and assigns. '
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set
