O R D E R
This cause coming. on to be heard upon the Wife's Motion
r
to remove the above entitled cause from the trial calendar for
the week of November 13, 1979 and to continue the cause for a
period of six months and the Court having heard argument of
counsel for the respective parties and being fully advised in
the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the above entitled cause shall be removed
from the trial calendar for the week of November 13, 1979 but
shall be reset on the next upcoming calendar far trial.
2. That the Motion seeking a continuance of said
cause for a period of six months, or for any length of time, be
and the same is hereby denied.
3. The Court directs that on all future motions
for continuance where expert testimony is to be offered that
it shall be by live testimony and not by depositions.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this ~~ay of November,
