TERRI A. VIENS, Wife
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 15th day of November,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

i 1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of
this Court against TERRI A. VIENS be and the same is hereby
approved, ratified and confirmed.
~ 2. The marriage between TIMOTHY J. VIENS and
TERRI A. VIENS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
3. Custody of TIMOTHY VIENS, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to TERRI A. VIENS with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to TIMOTHY J. VIENS.
4. Commencing Monday, November 19, 1979 TIMOTHY J.
VIENS shall pay to TERRI A. VIENS the sum-of $40 each and every '

week for the support of the child named above.
