O R D E R
The Defendant herein has filed a Petition for Writ
of Habeas Corpus for the purpose of having. the amount of his .
bond reviewed and reduced. It appears to the undersigned
Circuit Judge that this Defendant's criminal case has previously
been assigned to Honorable C. Pfeiffer Trowbridge, Circuit
Judge, who has already reviewed the amount of such bond and
ICI refused reduction of same. It would be improper for another
circuit judge to review on habeas corpus any affirmative action
previously taken by the circuit judge assigned to that case.
It is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Petition for
Writ of Habeas Corpus herein is hereby denied and the Court
declines to issue the Writ of Habeas Corpus presented.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
