UPON THE Stipulation of Counsel in open Court and upon the

Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Complaint filed herein is amended

by attaching thereto the letter which is attached to this Order and
made a part hereof by reference. The purpose of this amendment '
is to correct a clerical error involving the failure to include this
letter as exhibit "A" to the Complaint.
