Resulting i'rom certain misunderstandings xhich have developed Prom
lack o! communication on your part pertaining to the use of your
license to quality this corporation, a severe financial hardship
has been placed upon us. I have, therefore, polled a majority of ~
the Directors of the corporation Por direction au to how to proceed
xith the management.. The mandate I have been given by the Directors
is very clear. They feel, and I concur, that due to the nature of
our business, it is necessary that xe have a much closer xorking
relationship xith the qualifier xithin the corporation than xe have
been able to achieve to date. Therefore, xe have decided that xe must
seek someone to loin the corporation, knoxledgeable of this business,
xho is qualified as a contractor on a state level to meet all state
end local licensing requirements. I have, therefore, made arrange-
ments accordingly, and advised by phone Mr. Terry Verner of the State
Licensing Board of this action, Further, Within the next ten days
xe xill amend our application to the state per my discussion xith Mr.
Verner.
We all recognize that you have performed a service to this corporation
for xhich xe era grateful, and definitely feel that financial compensa-
tion is due you. .Accordingly, I xould appreciate having a meeting
at your early convenience to discuss this matter and arrive at a
satisfactory settlement oP these amounts.
