FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on all issues on
November 15, 1979, and the Court having taken testimony, received,
evidence, heard argument of counsel on the law and being otherwise
fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, PLAZA PAINT AND
DECORATING CENTER, INC., a Florida corporation d/b/a PLAZA III PAINT
AND DECORATING CENTER, shall have and recover of and from the Defendants,
DONALD E. JOHNS, individually, and DON JOHNS PAINTING, INC.; a Florida
corporation, the sum of $3,453.89 plus costs in the amount of $77.50,
and reasonable attorney's fees in the amount of $850.00, for all of

which let execution issue forthwith.
