any other series may be effected with the consent (in writing or
at a meeting called for the purpose) of holders of sizty-aiz and
two-thirds per cent (66~g~v) in principal amount of the bonds of .
Series S then outst~?nding and any other amendment or change
may be effected with the consent of the holders of sizty,sia and
two-thirds per cent (66~s96) in principal amount of the bonds of
all series then outstanding (subject to tine requirements of any
other supplemental indentures as to the rights of any particular
series) ; provided, however, that no such amendment or modifie~-
tion shall extend the fixed maturity of the bonds of Series S, or
reduce the rate, or extend the date of payment of interest thereon,
or reduce the principal amount or redemption prices thereof, or
hermit the creation of any lien on the assets or property of the
Company prior to the lien of the Indenture, without the written
consent of the holder of each bond of Series S affected by such

Bonds of Series S are redeemable, in whole or in part, at the
option of the Company at any Buie at the applicable percentages
of the principal amount thereof set forth below, plus interest
accrued to date of redemption
