Lots 5, 9, 10 and 11, Block 5, of that certain subdivision known as
Heitman's Bonita Spring Townsite, according to the map or plat thereof
on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee
County, Florida, in Plat Book 6, at Page 24.
A tract or parcel of land lying in PaLuona Park Subdivision, IInit
1, and in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast i/4 of Section 34, Township
43 South, Range 24 East, as recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page 54 of the
Lee Count3~, Florida Public Records, more particularly described as
follows:
From the I~Tortheast corner of said Section 34, South 00° 00' 20"
West, along the East Line of said Section 34 for 25.0 feet to the South
right-of-way of Littleton Road; thence North 89° 54' S0" West, along
said right-of-way for '1,419.92 feet to the Point of Beginning of the lands
herein described; thence continue North 89° 54' 50" West, along said
right-of-way for 250.0 feet to the Westerly line of the Northeast 1/4 of
said Section ; thence South 03° 25' 30" West, along said Westerly line
for 198.43 feet; thence South 89° 54' S0" East for 296.50 feet; thence
North 00° 05' 10" East for 797.07 feet to the Point of Beginning Contain-
ing 5.0 acres.

By way of reconfirmation : all premises, property, francluaes and
rights of every kind and description, real, personal and mixed, tangible
and intangible (other than any which may have been released from the
lien of the Indenture in accordance with its terms), heretofore con-
veyed to the Trustees by the Original Indenture, as supplemented by
Twenty-Two Supplemental Indentures, and all premises, property, fran-
chises and rights of every kind and description, real, personal and
mined, tangible and intangible, hereafter acgnised by it, except per-
sonal property of the nature of that expressly reserved and ezclnded
by the granting clauses of the Original Indenture, are hereby confirmed,
recreated, and preserved just as though the same were incorporated
verbatim herein.
