County and State aforesaid, on the 1~' day of November, 1979, person-

FioBIDA, to me personally known to be such Vice President and Secre-
tary, and to be the identical persons whose navies are affixed to the
foregoing instrument as such Vice President and Secretary; and the

that as such Vice President, being authorized so to do, he executed the
foregoing instrument for the purposes therein contained by signing tie

say that he resides in Altamonte Springs, Florida; that he is Secretary

in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that he knows the seal
of said corporation; that the seal affixed to the foregoing instrument
is such corporate seal and that the same was affixed by order of the
Board of Directors of said corporation, and that he signed his came
thereto by like order.
