LUCIE SECTION FIFTY according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2 0 at Page 14, l~i-A, 14-8, AND 14-C OF THE 'PUBLIC RECOP.DS OF ST•"LUC.tE COti:'JTY, FLORIDA, AND WHEREAS it is now desired by General Development Corporation to place certain restrictions and limitations of record as to all of the property hereinabove described, and to limit the use of said property, NOW THEREFORE, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION hereinafter referred to as the "Developer" does hereby declare that each and every of the lots located in the above described property, to wit: . ALL of the lots in PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION FIFTY according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book c 0 at Page 14, 14-A, 1'4-B AND 14 -G _ PU8LIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE GOUFJTY~ FLORIDA are hereby restricted and all of such restrictions and limitations are intended to be and shall be taken as a consideration for any agreement for deed or any deed of conveyance hereinafter made and that said restric- tions and limitations are intended to be and shall be taken as covenants to run with the land and shall be as follows, to wit: 1. All of the lots in the subject plat are designated as single family residence lots and shall contain a minimum of 10,000 square feet. No principal building shall be constructed or erected on any such single family residence lot other than one detached single family dwelling not to exceed two stories in height. No restrictions ~ are imposed by this Declaration on any of the "Tracts" in said plat. 2. The minimum square footage requirements and the building ~ set-back requirements shall be in accordance with the Planned Unit Development requirements of the City of Port St. Lucie. .
