HomeMy WebLinkAbout1365 3. Recreational Vehicles. No travel trailer, mobile home,
recreational vehicle, tent, storage building, garage, barn or out building
erected on any lot shall at any time be used as a residence, temporarily
or permanently. Provided however, that recreational vehicles such as
travel trailers, motor homes, tent trailers, boats, etc. not exceeding
ten (10) feet in height and thirtytwo (32) feet in length may be stored
on the premises at the rear or side of the residence situated thereon
upon the following conditions: _ ~
(a) No such vehicle shall be permitted within the front or
side setback areas. '
(b) All such vehicles shall bear a current State registration {
or inspection tag.
4_. Parking. No truck exceeding one ton capacity shall be
parked overnight in areas zoned residential unless the truck is employed
in the construction of new residential units.
- 5. Signs. No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the
public view on any single family residence lot, except ane sign of not
more than two (2) square feet advertising the property for sale or rent,

or signs used by a builder to advertise the property during the construction

and sales period, all of which shall be approved by the Developer.
6. Animals. No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind
shall be raised, bred or kept on any lot except that dogs, .cats or other
domestic pets may be kept, provided that they are not kept, bred or

~ maintained for any commercial purpose.
7. Trash Storage. No lot shall be used or maintained as a

dumping ground for rubbish. Trash, garbage, or other waste must be
kept in sanitary containers. No lot on which improvements have been

constructed or erected shall be allowed to become or remain overgrown
and/or unsightly.
8. Planting. No hedge or shrub planting which obstructs
sight lines at elevations between two (2') and six (6') feet above the -
roadways shall be placed or permitted to remain on any corner lot within
w the triangular area formed by the street property lines and a line r
connecting them at points twentyfive (25') feet from the intersection of
the street lines, or in the case of a rounded property corner, from the a;

intersection of the street property lines extended. The same sight
line limitations shall apply on any lot within ten (10') feet from the ~ 3
intersection of a street property line with the edge of a driveway or ~
alley pavement. No tree shall be permitted to remain within the above
described limits of intersections unless the foliage line is maintained
