TRUST under the Will of JACOB TELIS, Deceased, for approvalD p O

their annual accounting for the period commencing January 1,975
and ending December 31, 1975, all prior accountings and release of
the above captioned trust from Court supervision, and it appearing
that said annual accounting for the period commencing January 1, 1975
and ending December 31, 1975 was duly filed with the Court; and it
further appearing that the time for filing of objections to said
accounts having expired, it is therefore,
. ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the annual accounting
for the period cor.+mencing January 1, 1975 and ending December 31, 1975,

I and all prior accountings of the Trustees from the inception of the
.trust, be hereby approved; and it is further

~ ORDERED, ADJUDGED~AND DECREED, that the above captioned
testamentary trust be discharged from supervision by this Court.
