Mortgagors covenant and agree to use good husbandry practices
I in the care and maintenance of said grove, and to follow ~
cultivation practices generally accepted in the Indian River

(4 mortgagors to properly maintain and cultivate the aforementioned
citrus grove shall be and the same constitute a default here-
under giving the mortgagee the right to declare all sums
