PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the 5th .day of November '

1979, between H. PAUL COMISAR, Personal Representative of the
Estate of SOL COMISAR, deceased, party of the first part; and
GRACE GILLIGAN, whose mailing address is 719 N. E. Perch Lane

Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to
the terms and conditions contained in the last Will of the decedent,
grants, bargains, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
to the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, '

the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as: i
Lot 14, Block 459, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION TWENTY-SIX,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat -
Book 14, pages 4 and 4A through 4C, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments

and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
I real property . !
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with_
the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about the transfer and this
conveyance the orders of Court and the laws of the State of Florida
have been followed and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of SOL COMISAR, deceased, has set his
hand and seal on the day and year first above written. ~
