PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
I
The undersigned, as guardian of the property of James G. Peery,
inoa~etent, alleges:
1. The need for the oorutinuation of this guardianship no longer
exists by reason of the fact that the Ward died on Septefier 11, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final return oentaining a full and
correct ao~ouuut of all receipts and disbursements of all the ward's property t
of which petitioner has control since the last return filed herein, if any, or
fran the oommeruoarent of the ac~miruistration of this guardianship in no prior
return has been filed, which return includes a statement of the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that she is the joint tenant with the
Ward on all property of the Ward and the sole beneficiary under the Last ~
Will and Testament of the Ward, dated Mardi 14, 1966.
W~DRE, petitioner regaests that an order be entered approving all
aeooumtinq not previously approved and discharging petitioner as guardian and
releasing the surety on petitioner's bond, if any, from further liability.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing
and the facts alleged are true, to the best of mY knowledge and belief.
