The undersigned, as Personal Representative of ~

1. The decedent, EDWIN M. FAULKNER, a resident

of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 26th day of
October, 1978, and Letters of Administration were issued
to Petitioner on November 15, 1978. s
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account
and Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Dis-

charge of Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate ~
by making payment, settlement or other disposition of
all claims and debts that were presented and•by paying or
making provision for the payment of taxes and expenses of

administration. {

4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the Personal Representative, attorneys, accountants,
