The Petition of ROBERT PATRICK and SANDI PATRICK, as the
guardians of the property of BETTY JO EVANS, a minor, for an Order
discharging them as guardian$,coming on this day to be heard; and
it appearing that the guardians have faithfully discharged their
duties and have rendered complete and accurate final returns and t
have delivered the assets of their ward to the person entitled
to those assets, BETTY JO EVANS; and the Court being fully advised, `
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ROBERT PATRICK and SANDI PATRICK
be discharged as of the property of BETTY JO EVANS from further
liability in connection with the guardianship, and that the Reserve
. Insurance Company, the surety on the bond, is likewise relieved

from further liability as surety according to the law.
