STIPULATION AND SETTLEMENT
VINCENT D. ANTONUCCI and SUSAN H. ANTON[JCCI, his wife, and
BUSH POOLS AND PRECAST, INC., a Florida Corporation, Defendants and Cross-
claimants in the above action do hereby Stipulate and agree to settle all
matters and disputes between them as follows:
1. The lien of BUSH POOLS ArID PRECAST, INC., filed March 12,
1979, in 0. R. Book 304, Page 2424, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and covering property located in St. Lucie County, Florida known as:
LOT 6, BLACK 256, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 24,
according to the Plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 13, Page 31, of the Public Records of
j St. Lucie County, Florida
is hereby reduced to Judgment in the sum of $11,000.00.

2. ~forcement for the collection of the aforesaid Judgment

~ by any means whatsoever is hereby delayed and postponed until January 1, 1981,
unless the property herein recited is foreclosed upon by a superior or sub-
sequent lien or the property is sold, whichever event shall first occur,
whereupon the entire indebtedness shall become due and payable forthwith.
3. No interest shall accrue or be collectible on said
Judgment until January 1, 1981, and then at Eight (89~) per cent per annum.
4. BUSH POOLS AND PRECAST, INC., shall defend and hold
~ harmless VINCENT D. ANTONUCCI and SUSAN H. ANTONIJCCI, his wife, from any and
~ all claims, demands or monies from any and all contractors, subcontractors,
materialmen, suppliers and/or laborers in connection with the work which it
performed for which their lien and this Judgment is given under this Stipula-
tion, with particular reference, but not necessarily limited to, that certain
