ORDER ON OBJECTION OF
FORT PIERCE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
TO CLAIMANTS' REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION
This cause came on before the Court upon the Order of the Court
(Judicial Referee) for an en camera review of Defendant FORT PIERCE MEMORIAL
HOSPITAL's personnel files of the persons named in.said Defendant's Notice
'of Compliance, and the Court having conducted an en camera review, and
further having considered the objections stated by said Defendant, it_is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That Defendant FORT PIERCE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL is Ordered to produce
~ instanter, and in any event not later than 12:00 Noon November 16, 1979,
the following portions of the named personnel records:
(A) Applications for employment and appointment and resignations.
(B) Personnel evaluations, efficiency reports, and performance
reports, and recommendations for employment or appointment.
(C) Salary records.
(D) Attendance records.
(E) Termination notices.
~ (F) Personnel action request forms.
(G) Reprimand notices and special employer-employee conference
memoranda.
