ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on before the court on request of the
claimants that the panel members review certain depositions
prior to the continuation of the hearing scheduled for November
19, 1979 and the court having considered objection by defendant

~ McGowan and having heard no other objection, it is
` ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the depositions of Dr. Danielo
Duenas, Barbara King, LPN, Dr. William B. Cheslock, Dr. R. Baliton
and Dr. Bernard O'Hara are herewith made available for examination
and reading and other review by the members of the panel herein.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County is directed
to release these depositions to any panel member upon his request
for his use as indicated above-.~-1~
