THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ' day of
October, 1979, by and between LOREN L. THOMPSON and ROSE THOMPSON,
his wife, of One Nicholas Drive, Albany, New York 12204, herein-
after referred to as Vendors, and ARTHUR LAMME and CORINNE M. LAI~II~IE,
his wife, of 1266 Parker Street, Forked River, i~ew Jersey 08731,

hereinafter referred to as Purchasers,

That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
contained in this agreement and other valuable considerations pass-
ing between the parties hereto, the Vendors agree to sell and the
Purchasers agree to buy the following described property, situate,
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 1041, .Section II, inthat certain. condominium known
s = as OUTDOOR RESORTS CF AMERICA at Ylettles Island, accord-
' a ~ ing to plat of Nettles Island Project , Plat Book 16 , pages
1, lA through 1J (both inclusive) , and Declaration of

for record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court

~ TOGETHER with all improvements located thereon, includ-

~ The total purchase price of the property shall be the sum of
~ SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($16,000.00), payab?~ at the times and in
the manner following:
Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($2,400.00) paid on or
before the signing of this contract, receipt of which is acknowledged
by Vendors. The balance of Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Dollars

be payable in monthly installments as follows: Sixty (60) equal
monthly payment of THREE HUNDRED TWO and 56/100's DOLLARS (.$302.56)
with the first payment to commence December 1, 1979, and a like sum
~ on the corresponding day of each like succeeding period thereafter
until the whole be fully paid, Each installment '"i_rst shall be
applied in payment of the interest and then on the unpaid balance of
